SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping on our website theharrel.com
- All the products are dispatched within 1-2 working days(Excluding Sundays and public holidays)after you order them.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra – India, by courier.
- You can expect the delivery within 3-7 working days (NOTE: Delivery time may delay depending on certain geographical distances, it may also be affected due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, bad weathered.)
- Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Harrel takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Harrel is not responsible for damage after delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email from our shipping partner once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be provided in the email you receive.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
- We charge an INR 50/- fee for orders with a value below INR 500/-.
- We offer FREE Shipping on orders above a minimum order amount of INR 500/-, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of the delivery.
