RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • At Harrel, we are dedicated towards exceeding expectations with the best shopping experiences of our products. For any queries, our return policy is as below:
  • Products once delivered with intact packaging in proper condition are not eligible for returns, as looking out for our customers is our utmost priority. We believe, product once opened or tested cannot be repacked and offered to other customer. Also, individual choices of fragrance may differ from person to person. However, products can be replaced on below mentioned circumstances:
  1. Consumer who wishes to replace the product should share the product unpacking video along with relevant images with us. Depending on the eligibility of the video and images, the product will be replaced after receiving the product at our Warehouse.
  2. Issue needs to be reported within 48 hours after delivery on mail at care@theharrel.com. You will be informed through mail or mobile number once the replaced product is been dispatched from our warehouse.
  3. The replacement is only applicable in case of claims on Expiry/incorrect product/leakage/breakage or damage/missing items.
  4. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing.
  5. In case of a package being tampered/damaged/defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner.
  6. In offers: The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the original delivered product.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of order is allowed before the order is processed from the warehouse. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. A gateway charge of 2% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
